Welcome new Golden Designs, Inc. dealer program. This guide is a reference to provide guidance in using this portal to easily place & view orders, view and download product documentation and pricing, manage billing and shipping information, account information, and sales resources to commonly asked questions.
When you first log in to the GDI dealer website you will see the my account page. On the top, you will see a menu. The following will provide a description of each option.
My Account – This is the main page of your dealer account where you can access and use all the features of the website.
Order Form – To place your order you must use the order form. If you are selling multiple product lines you will have the option to sort your products by category. Select the product/s you would like to order.
Cart – In the cart, you can view and edit the products you have selected for purchase.
Checkout – When you checkout you will include your billing details, your customer’s shipping details, any special delivery instructions. You also have the option to upload your PO. Then place your order.
We will never accept a credit card payment online. All orders will be billed prior to shipping using the payment information provided with your dealer application.
On the left, you will see a menu. The following will provide a description of each option.
Orders – You can view the status of placed orders and drill down further using the view option to see the product and customer information.
Downloads – On the download page you will find your dealer application packet which must be completed prior to your first order. You will be able to download your product price sheets. All downloadable product information can be found under this menu option.
Account details – Here you can edit your contact information and change your password.
Logout – Logs you out of your account.
